About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 2, of 3, 5 Laws of Ukraine "About simplification of procedures of reorganization and capitalization of banks", for the purpose of determination of the simplified procedure of capitalization of banks and procedure for the termination of implementation of banking activity without the termination of the legal entity the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on order of registration and licensing of banks, opening of separate divisions approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 08, 2011 No. 306, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 18, 2011 for No. 1203/19941 (with changes) which are applied.
2. Bring in the Regulations on application of corrective actions by the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 17, 2012 No. 346, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 17, 2012 at No. 1590/21902 (with changes), the following changes:
