About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, of 25, of 44, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 5, of 11, 13 Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1993 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure for issue of individual licenses on implementation of investments abroad approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 16, 1999 No. 122, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 26, 1999 for No. 259/3552 (with changes) (further - the Instruction No. 122) which are applied.
2. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 13, 2016 No. 410 "About settlement of situation in the monetary and currency markets of Ukraine" (with changes) the following changes:
