the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of January 31, 2008 No. 4 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2007 No. 37" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 56, 8/18121).
