About approval of Changes in Regulations on liquidity support by the National Bank of Ukraine of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits
According to Articles 6, of 15, of 42, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", for the purpose of ensuring depositor protection of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine banks decide:
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on liquidity support by the National Bank of Ukraine of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 18, 2013 No. 95, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 3, 2013 at No. 543/23075 (with changes) which are applied.
2. To department of the public markets (Ponomarenko S. V.) after official publication to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits for use in work.
3. I reserve control over the implementation of this resolution.
4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
