About modification of the Procedure for development, approval and budget implementation of the Pension fund of Ukraine
According to part four of article 71 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance", to the subitem 2 Items 4, to Items 9, 11 Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 384, the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine decides:
1. Make changes to the Procedure for development, approval and budget implementation of the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of August 31, 2009 No. 21-2, registered on September 23, 2009 for No. 897/16913, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2. To department of the consolidated budget (Dyachenko S. V.) together with legal management (Ryabtseva T. B.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control over the implementation of this resolution.
