Part one to add 1) with the offer of the following content: "The deputy of the State Duma elected on the single-candidate constituency keeps in contact with voters of the district.";
To add 2) with part five of the following content:
"5. Meetings of the deputy of the State Duma with voters for the purpose of informing on the activities are held within the territory, to the determined this deputy of the State Duma according to part one of this Article.";
To add 3) with part six of the following content:
"6. Meetings of the deputy of the State Duma with voters are held in rooms, specially allotted places, and also in the intra domestic territories provided that their carrying out will not entail violation of functioning of critical infrastructure, transport or social infrastructure, communication. The notification of executive bodies of the subject of the Russian Federation or local government bodies on such meetings is not required. At the same time the deputy of the State Duma has the right to inform previously specified bodies on date and time of their carrying out.";
