in Regulations on the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

1) and 4) to state subitems in the following edition:
"1) strategic planning, tax and budget policy, and also policy in the field of customs affairs, the state and guaranteed by the state borrowing and debt, public-private partnership, the state investment projects, protection of the competition and restriction of monopolistic activities, natural monopolies, except for spheres in the field of telecommunications and universal services of mail service, in the field of services of air navigation and the airports, the international economic and financial relations, including regulation of the international economic integration, in the socially significant markets, regulations and developments of foreign trade activity, except for promotion of export, regulation of trading activity, management of the state assets, including improvement of quality of corporate management, development of system of public administration, developments of state policy in the field of rendering the state services;";
"4) regulation and control in spheres of natural monopolies, except for spheres in the field of telecommunications and universal services of mail service, in the field of services of air navigation and the airports, in the socially significant markets, and also control and regulation of activities of the power making and power supplying organizations according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About power industry";";
