"1. Selection of projects of applicants on implementation of activities as the participant of special economic zone is performed based on the following main criteria:
1) the lack of overdue debt on bank loans confirmed with the statement of the servicing bank about movement of money according to bank accounts of the applicant (about lack of card-index) and the credit report from credit bureau containing data on the complete or partial information which is available in credit history;
2) the absence of debt on taxes and other payments in the budget confirmed with the reference from body of state revenues in the place of registration accounting about availability or absence of debt on taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget.".
2. To provide to committee on investments of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
