According to Articles 7, of 15, of 44, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 5, of 11, 13 Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1993 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Changes in Regulations on procedure for provision to banks and branches of foreign banks of general licenses for the implementation of currency transactions approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 15, 2011 No. 281, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 6, 2011 at No. 1054/19792 (with changes) (further - No. Provision 281) which are applied.
2. To department of financial control (A.V. Strinzha), to Department of licensing (Bevz A. A.) about day of entry into force of this resolution to bring rates for services in registration and licensing into compliance with requirements of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning provision to banks of general licenses for implementation of currency transactions.
