Paragraph one of preamble to state 1) in the following edition:
"This Federal Law determines general legal, economic and social basis of ensuring fire safety in the Russian Federation, governs in this area the relations between public authorities, local government bodies, public associations, legal entities (further - the organizations), officials, citizens (physical persons), including individual entrepreneurs (further - citizens).";
2) in Article 1:
a) word in paragraph four "the legislation of the Russian Federation, regulating documents or authorized state body" shall be replaced with words "the Federal Laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, and also regulating documents on fire safety";
