1. Add Item 13 with the paragraph of the following content:
"If the address contains the data necessary according to the legislation of state member for return (offsetting) of excessively paid and (or) excessively enforced customs, other payments, it is considered as the statement on return (offsetting) if according to the legislation of state member return (offsetting) of excessively paid and (or) excessively enforced customs, other payments is made according to the statement of the payer.".
2. State Item 16 in the following edition:
"16. When giving in customs authority after release of goods of the address or the documents provided by the paragraph third Item 12 of this Procedure the customs authority registers them with indication of date of giving, including with use of information systems of customs authority.
