About modification of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine

Bring in item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2014 No. 671 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 97, Art. 2796; 2016, No. 85, Art. 2781), following changes:
in subitem 34 of the word "for the purpose of export implementation" shall be replaced with words "and for the purpose of export implementation in case such control is provided by international treaties of Ukraine, the external economic agreements (contracts)";
add Item with subitem 78-1 of the following content:
"78-1) founds the teleradio organizations and participates in their activities;".
