About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About HIV/AIDS in the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About HIV/AIDS in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2005, No. 11, the Art. 900) the following changes:

3) part 2 of Article 2 to recognize invalid;
"The state authorized body in the field of health care" shall be replaced with words 4) in part 6 of Article 7 of the word "the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic";
5) part 3 of Article 19 to recognize invalid.
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
