According to the subitem 4) of Item 2 of Article 40 and Item 1 of article 43-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 24, 1998 "About regulatory legal acts" I ORDER:
1. Recognize invalid some orders of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to committee on regulation of natural monopolies and protection of the competition of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) official publication of this order in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) the direction within five calendar days of the copy of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing, except for Item of 1 appendix to this order which becomes effective since January 1, 2016.
