"Five units - in the Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Luhansk, Kharkiv, Kherson regional public administrations (for the period before completion of anti-terrorist operation), and also in the Kiev city public administration, including the first deputy and the vice-chairman - the chief of staff;";
word in paragraph three", Kiev and Sevastopol city" shall be replaced with words "and Sevastopol city".
