About quantity of positions of deputy chairmen of local public administrations
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. To heads of local public administrations in case of the solution of the questions connected with appointment to positions of their deputies recognizes what the quantity of such positions cannot exceed:
eight units - in the Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, Kiev, Kharkiv and Odessa regional public administrations, including the first deputy chairman, the vice-chairman concerning digital development, digital transformations and digitalization (CDTO), the vice-chairman within whose competence questions of the European integration, international cooperation and coordination of the international technical assistance, and the vice-chairman within whose competence questions of recovery of the region, the territories and infrastructure are are;
seven units:
- in the Vinnytsia and Lviv regional public administrations, and also in the Kiev city public administration, including the first deputy chairman, the vice-chairman concerning digital development, digital transformations and digitalization (CDTO) and the vice-chairman within whose competence questions of the European integration, international cooperation and coordination of the international technical assistance are;
- in the Donetsk, Zhytomyr, Luhansk, Nikolaev, Sumy, Kherson and Chernihiv regional public administrations, including the first deputy chairman, the vice-chairman concerning digital development, digital transformations and digitalization (CDTO), the vice-chairman within whose competence questions of the European integration, international cooperation and coordination of the international technical assistance, and the vice-chairman within whose competence questions of recovery of the region, the territories and infrastructure are are;
