About modification of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About international treaties of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About international treaties of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2014, No. 4, the Art. 244) the following change:
add Chapter 2 with Article 18-1 of the following content:
"Article 18-1. Features of accomplishment of the interstate procedures necessary for entry into force of certain category of the international treaties signed by the Kyrgyz Republic
The interested ministries, the state committees and administrative departments, and also other relevant state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic which competence the questions regulated by interstate and intergovernmental international treaties enter make offers on their ratification or approval in the terms established by the Government for certain category of such international treaties.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
