The international agreements of the Kyrgyz Republic are the legal basis of the international relations of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1. This Law establishes procedure for the conclusion, execution, suspension and denouncement of international treaties by the Kyrgyz Republic.
The international agreements are signed, performed, stop and are denounced by the Kyrgyz Republic according to the conventional principles and regulations of the international temper, the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Constitution), regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic and provisions of international treaties.
2. The procedure for the conclusion, execution, suspension and denouncement of international treaties by the Kyrgyz Republic established by this Law is applied to all international treaties of the Kyrgyz Republic, irrespective of their type, form and the name.
For the purposes of this Law the following terms are used:
the international treaty of the Kyrgyz Republic - the international treaty which entered in the procedure established by the law and other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic, representing the equitable and voluntary agreement of the Kyrgyz Republic with one or several states, the international organizations or with other subjects of international law concerning the rights and obligations in the field of the international relations;
the conclusion - means the sequence of actions for preparation of the text of the draft of the international treaty, its acceptance, establishment of authenticity of the text of the international treaty and expression of consent to its obligation;
signing - depending on case means establishment of authenticity of the text of the international treaty (establishment of final shape and contents of the international treaty) or method of expression of consent to be bound of the international treaty;
interstate procedures - mean ratification, accession or approval of the international treaty;
ratifications, accession and approval - mean depending on case method of expression of consent of the Kyrgyz Republic to obligation for it the international treaty;
powers - mean the document which proceeds from the authorized officer or competent state body of the Kyrgyz Republic and by means of which one person or several persons are designated to represent the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of:
- negotiating;
- adoptions of the text of the draft of the international treaty;
- establishments of authenticity of the text of the international treaty;
- expressions of consent to be bound of the international treaty;
- making of any other act relating to the international treaty;
initialing - means the certificate of final approval of the text of the draft of the international treaty which is expressed in statement by authorized persons of the parties of the international treaty of the initials on sheets of the draft of the international treaty or other approved method;
the party of the international treaty - depending on case means subject of international law which participates in preparation of the text of the draft of the international treaty, its acceptance or establishes authenticity of the text of the international treaty or is participant of the international treaty;
authentic texts - mean the texts of the same international treaty constituted in different languages, but having identical legal force;
the clause - means the unilateral statement of the party of the international treaty made when signing (establishment of authenticity of the text of the international treaty) or in case of expression of consent to be bound for it the international treaty by means of which desire to exclude or change legal act of certain provisions of the international treaty in their application to this party of the international treaty is expressed;
the international organization - means interstate, intergovernmental organization which was founded by the conclusion of the corresponding international treaty;
the depositary - means the state, the international organization or its leading executive official or its authorized body which the pas storage the original of the international treaty is given and which perform the functions provided by international law concerning this agreement;
denouncement (the termination, exit from) - cancellation of the international treaty concerning the party of the international treaty according to rules of international law;
