About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of National Bank and enhancement of its legal status I decide:

1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2001 No. 320 "About approval of the Charter of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus":

in the Charter of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus approved by this Decree:
