About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About referendum"

Article 1. In article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About referendum" of September 12, 2001, ZR-225 (further – the Law):

Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 1 word "the reached 18 years" "on the date of holding referendum the reached 18 years – according to the procedure, established by the Electoral code of the Republic of Armenia for participation in nation-wide elections";

Part 3 after the words "and serving sentence" to add 2) with the words "in criminal and executive organization";

Article to add 3) with parts 4 and 5 of the following content:

"4. The military personnel who is on obligatory compulsory military service or the taking place training sessions, detainees or the arrested persons, and also citizens who are not staying on the registry in the Republic of Armenia participate in the referendum according to the procedure established by the Electoral code of the Republic of Armenia for nation-wide elections.

5. Outside the territory of the Republic of Armenia the referendum will be organized according to the procedure, established by the Electoral code of the Republic of Armenia for nation-wide elections in which the citizens having under the Electoral code the participation right in nation-wide elections can take part.".

Article 2. In article 7 of the Law:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in part 7 of the word "not earlier than through 45 and not later than in 60 days" "not earlier than through 55 and not later than in 65 days";

Shall be replaced with words 2) in part 8 of the word "in 40 days" "in 50 days".
