About modification of the Regulations on the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 13, 2014 No. 341 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 66, the Art. 1842), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine

1. In the subitem 2 of Item 5 of the word "creates personnel reserve to the corresponding positions" to exclude.

2. In Item 10:

Subitem 6 to exclude 1);

2) to add Item with subitem 6-1 of the following content:

"Appoints 6-1) and exempts the chief of staff of Goskomteleradio according to the Law of Ukraine "About public service";";

Subitems 7 - 9 to exclude 3);

3. Add the Provision with Items 10-1 and 10-2 of the following content:

"10-1. Chief of staff of Goskomteleradio:

1) will be organized by work planning with Goskomteleradio's personnel, including carrying out tenders on occupation of vacant positions of public service of categories "B" and "B", provides transparency and objectivity of such tenders according to requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About public service";

2) is provided by planning of office career, planned substitution of positions of public service by the trained staff according to requirements to professional competence and stimulates job development;
