Article 1. ZR-55 "About advertizing" of April 30, 1996 to add article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with Items 1.1 and 2.1 of the following content:
"1.1. The mayor of Yerevan is competent, according to the current legislation of the Republic of Armenia, to apply penalty for evasion or untimely fulfillment of requirements of the notices on violation of conditions of permission to placement of outdoor advertizing in the territory of the respective district in Yerevan according to city rules, and also for placement of outdoor advertizing in the city of Yerevan without the permission on placement of outdoor advertizing.";
"2.1. Advertisers, producers of advertizing, advertizing carriers bear the administrative responsibility for stipulated in Item 1.1 these Articles of violation. In this case the mayor of Yerevan has the right to apply to them penalty, in 100-fold size of minimum wage.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
