About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About advertizing"

Article 1. ZR-55 "About advertizing" of April 30, 1996 to add article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with Item 14 of the following content:
"14. The organizations or the individual entrepreneurs providing services in the field of culture (advertisers) in advertizing of theatrical and concert, mass actions, festivals, concert tours on all to TV radio, electronic, printing mass media or on outside advertizing media, shall specify the obligatory information about the advertiser, content or genre accessory of the company, the author, participants, the place, time, and also about sound features of concert execution (live execution or use of sound recording of any kind (soundtrack).
The amount, the place or contents of information on live execution or sound recording shall not be less than 7% of all amount, the place or content of advertizing.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
