Paragraph two of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 20, 2008 "About Agency on the state financial control and fight against corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 3, Art. 193; 2009, No. 5, Art. 323; 2010, No. 3, Art. 154; 2011, No. 6, Art. 459; 2013, No. 7, Art. 517; 2014, No. 11, Art. 645; 2016, 3, 137) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:
"-send written instructions and offers to physical persons and legal entities on elimination of the reasons and conditions promoting making of crimes and other offenses of corruption nature. In the written instruction and the offer which are acts of reaction of the Agency and which consideration is obligatory, methods and methods of elimination of the reasons and conditions promoting corruption and conflict of interest are stated. Written instructions are considered no later than 10 days in time, and offers no later than 1 month with obligatory participation of staff of divisions of the Agency about which result it is reported to the Agency;".
