Article 4. Principles of activities of the Agency

Activities of the Agency are performed according to the following principles:

- communications with the population and accounting of public opinion in activities;

Article 5. Observance of the rights and freedoms of citizens in activities of the Agency

1. The agency within svy powers protects the rights and freedoms of each man and citizen, irrespective of his nationality, the residence, nationality, race, floor, language, religion, political convictions, education, social and property status.
