For the purpose of improvement of activities and enhancement of the regulatory base in the field of customs affairs, and also according to provision of Article 12 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000 (it is reissued in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, the special edition of January 1, 2007), with subsequent changes and amendments, and also according to Items 7, the 8th regulations of Customs Service accepted by the Order of the Government No. 4 of January 2, 2007.
