About modification of appendix No. 14 to the Regulations on procedure for application of the Customs convention about international delivery of loads using the book of MDP - Karnet TIR (The convention MDP, 1975)
According to the Customs code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the State Customs Service", the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Uzbek agency of road and river transport decide:
1. In appendix No. 14 to the Regulations on procedure for application of the Customs convention about international delivery of loads using the book of MDP - Karnet TIR (The convention MDP, 1975), approved by the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on October 11, 1996 and Uzavtotrans State joint-stock corporation on October 16, 1996 (рег. No. 290 of December 10, 1996) shall be replaced with words the words "according to Art. 112 of the Customs code of the Republic of Uzbekistan" "according to the Customs code of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
2. This resolution is approved with Association of the international automobile carriers of Uzbekistan.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
