About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of September 29, 2014 No. 677
According to the paragraph to the fourth Item 9 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 10, 2014 No. 442 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies", to the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267, and for the purpose of reduction of own regulatory legal acts in compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine I order:
1. In the text and appendices of the Procedure for the quality control of medicines during wholesale and retail trade approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of September 29, 2014 No. 677, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 26, 2014 for No. 1515/26292, and appendices to it, the words "the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of quality control and safety of medicines" in all cases shall be replaced with words "the central executive body realizing state policy in spheres of quality control and safety of medicines, including medical immunobiological supplies, medical equipment and products of medical appointment, and the address of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors, counteractions to their illicit trafficking" in the corresponding cases.
2. To provide to management of pharmaceutical activities and quality of pharmaceutical products submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Ilik R. R.
