About approval of the Procedure for quality control of medicines during wholesale and retail trade
According to item 4 of the Procedure for sampling of medicines for the laboratory analysis when implementing the state quality control of such means approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 3, 2010 No. 260, and for the purpose of enhancement of the legislation in the field of economic activity on wholesale, retail trade by medicines I order:
1. Approve the Procedure for quality control of medicines during wholesale and retail trade which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of October 30, 2001 No. 436 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for quality control of medicines during wholesale and retail trade", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 5, 2002 for No. 107/6395.
3. L. Konoshevich to provide to the head of department of pharmaceutical activities in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister N. Lisnevskaya.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
