According to the procedure of determination and indemnification to owners of land and land users, No. 284 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 19, 1993 (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1993, No. 10, Art. 193; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 2, Art. 47; 2010, No. 55, Art. 1867, No. 94, Art. 3348; 2011, No. 83, Art. 3027, No. 85, Art. 3102):
1) in Item 2:
in the paragraph the second "state bodies of land resources and" shall be replaced with words words "territorial authorities of Gosgeokadastr, State ecoinspection,";
third to exclude the paragraph;
