1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 1, 2016 No. 1 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of January 1, 2016 No. 1 "About measures for ensuring economic safety and national interests of the Russian Federation when implementing the international transit transportation of goods from the territory of Ukraine on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan through the territory of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 2, Art. 408; No. 19, Art. 2709):
a) in the name, preamble and Item 1 of the word "on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" shall be replaced with words "on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the Kyrgyz Republic";
b) in the name of the list of the stationary and portable checkpoints and checkpoints located at railway stations and used when implementing motor and rail haulings of loads from the territory of Ukraine on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan through the territory of the Russian Federation, provided by the specified resolution shall be replaced with words the words "on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" "on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the Kyrgyz Republic".
