to be reworded as follows the standard of the state service "Issue and Renewal of Certificates on Emissions of Greenhouse Gases" approved by the specified order according to appendix to this order;
in the standard of the state service "Accreditation of the Independent Organizations Performing Professional Verification and Validation (Determinatsionny) Activity in the field of Emission Reduction and Absorption of Greenhouse Gases, and also Confirmation of the Inventory Report of Greenhouse Gases" approved by the specified order:
state Item 7 in the following edition:
"7. The state service is free of charge legal to persons (further - uslugopoluchatel)".
2. To provide to committee of ecological regulation, control and state inspection in oil and gas complex of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
