About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 26, 2013 No. 846

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 26, 2013 No. 846 "About procedure for preparation of offers on application of special formulas of calculation of rates of the export customs duties on the crude oil specified in the subitem 2 of Item 5 of article 31 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About customs tariff" and carrying out monitoring of justification of their application" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 40, the Art. 5077) the following changes:
a) in the name, Items 1 and 2 of the word "specified in the subitem 2 of Item 5" shall be replaced with words "specified in subitems 2 or 3 of Item 5";
b) in Rules of preparation of offers on application of special formulas of calculation of rates of the export customs duties on the crude oil specified in the subitem 2 of Item 5 of article 3.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About customs tariff" and the carrying out monitoring of justification of their application approved by the specified resolution:
in the name and Item 1 of the word "specified in the subitem 2 of Item 5" shall be replaced with words "specified in subitems 2 or 3 of Item 5";
the paragraph one of the subitem "g" of Item 3 to state in the following edition:
