About introduction of amendments and recognition voided some orders of the Government
Based on the Law No. 218-XV of June 1, 2001 on the entry of the Republic of Moldova into the World Trade Organization (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 59-61, 397) and according to Item 2 of article 23 of the Protocol on introduction of amendments to the Marrakesh agreement on organization of the World Trade Organization accepted by the Law No. 129 of June 9, 2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 193-203, 421), the Government DECIDES:
1. The economic council in case of the Prime Minister will perform functions of National committee on assistance to trade.
2. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 631 of August 22, 2011. "About Economic council in case of the Prime Minister" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 139-145, 701), with subsequent changes, to make the following additions:
Item 1 to add 1) with the paragraph the second the following content:
"At the same time, for the purpose of assistance and coordination of process of implementation of the Agreement on simplification of procedures of trade Council performs functions of the National committee on assistance to trade founded according to Item 2 of article 23 of the Protocol on introduction of amendments to the Marrakesh agreement on organization of the World Trade Organization accepted by the Law No. 129 of June 9, 2016. He is authorized to discuss and develop decisions concerning national importance, connected with foreign trade which belong at the same time to two or several public bodies, for the purpose of ensuring single integrated approaches and system reforms. In the part connected with implementation of the Agreement on simplification of procedures of trade, functions on coordination are performed by Customs Service.";
