Recognize invalid:
1) the order of the State Customs Committee of Russia of August 27, 2003 No. 939 "About approval of the Instruction about making of customs transactions when finding goods in places of unloading and overload (transfer) in the sea and river ports open for the international freight and (or) passenger traffic, without placement on warehouses of temporary storage under customs control" (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 03.10. 2003, рег. No. 5148);
2) the order of the State Customs Committee of Russia of November 24, 2003 No. 1323 "About approval of the document form" (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 18.12. 2003, рег. No. 5345);
3) the order of the State Customs Committee of Russia of April 8, 2004 No. 429 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the State Customs Committee of Russia of 27.08.2003 No. 939" (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 23.04. 2004, рег. No. 5770);
4) the order of the State Customs Committee of Russia of December 31, 2003 No. 718-r "About strengthening of control of the goods moved according to the Convention MDP, 1975" (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 23.01. 2004, рег. No. 5473);
5) the order of FCS of Russia of December 16, 2010 No. 294-r "About modification of the order of the State Customs Committee of Russia of December 31, 2003 No. 718-r" (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 13.04. 2011, рег. No. 20483).
This order becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
