Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of representation by the organizer of gamblings of the data necessary for control of observance of requirements of the legislation on state regulation of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 23, 2007 No. 540 "About structure and procedure for representation by the organizer of gamblings of the data necessary for control of observance of requirements of the legislation on state regulation of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 35, Art. 4323; 2010, No. 49, Art. 6525; 2013, No. 16, Art. 1951).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Federal Law "About Introduction of Amendments to the Federal Law "About Physical Culture and Sport in the Russian Federation" and Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation for the purpose of Prevention of Illegal Influence on Results of Official Sports Competitions".
