1. In partial change of Article 2 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of January 14, 2015 No. 12 "Questions of the Commission of the state awards and heraldry" (with the changes made by Decrees of May 15, 2015 No. 271 and of October 5, 2016 No. 431) to enter into structure of the commission of the state awards and BIRYUKOV Yury Sergeyevich's heraldry - the Adviser to the President of Ukraine.
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
