Question of the Commission of the state awards and heraldry

1. Bring in the Regulations on the Commission of the state awards and heraldry approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 31, 2011 No. 1211 "Questions of the Commission of the state awards and heraldry", the following changes:

1) in Item 5:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"5. The commission is formed as a part of the chairman, the vice-chairman, the responsible secretary and other members of the commission";

after paragraph two to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The responsible secretary of the Commission on position is the Head of Department of the state awards of Administration of the President of Ukraine".

With respect thereto third - the fifth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fourth - the sixth;

2) in Item 6:

in the paragraph the second to replace the words "one of deputies" with the word "deputy";

the fifth to add the paragraph with the words "and responsible secretary of the Commission";

Item 9 to state 3) in the following edition:

"9. Preparation of materials on commission session and organizational support of its activities is performed by Department of the state awards of Administration of the President of Ukraine".

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 13.08.2019 No. 595/2019.

3. Recognize invalid:

Item 2 of Article 1 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 31, 2011 No. 1211 "Questions of the Commission of the state awards and heraldry";

The presidential decree of Ukraine of April 5, 2012 No. 241 "About modification of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 31, 2011 No. 1211";

The presidential decree of Ukraine of July 15, 2013 No. 381 "About modification of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 31, 2011 No. 1211".

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
