Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 27, 2011 No. 797

1. In the list of the state services which provision will be organized by the principle of "one window" in the multipurpose centers of provision of the state and municipal services by federal executive bodies and bodies of state non-budgetary funds, approved by the specified resolution:

a) state Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. State cadastral registration of real estate and (or) state registration of the rights to real estate";

b) exclude Items 9 and 11.

2. Item 10 of the recommended list of the state and municipal services which provision can be organized by the principle of "one window" in the multipurpose centers of the provision of the state and municipal services approved by the specified resolution, to exclude.
