1. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on requirements to the conclusion of agreements on interaction between the multipurpose centers of provision of the state and municipal services and federal executive bodies, bodies of state non-budgetary funds, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, local government bodies or in the cases established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the public companies;

the list of the state services which provision will be organized by the principle of "one window" in the multipurpose centers of provision of the state and municipal services by federal executive bodies and bodies of state non-budgetary funds;

the recommended list of the state and municipal services which provision can be organized by the principle of "one window" in the multipurpose centers of provision of the state and municipal services;

the list of the state services which provision will be organized by the principle of "one window" in the multipurpose centers of provision of the state and municipal services by federal executive bodies, bodies of state non-budgetary funds or in the cases established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the public companies and of which provision the document containing information from information systems of the bodies providing the state services is result;

a) in case of receipt of decisions of the supreme executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation on determination of the multipurpose centers of provision of the state and municipal services (further - the multipurpose center) authorized on the conclusion of agreements on interaction with federal executive bodies, bodies of state non-budgetary funds or in the cases established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the public companies (further - the agreement on interaction) to organize provision of the state services determined by the lists approved by this resolution. According to agreements on interaction in the multipurpose centers provision of other state services by federal executive bodies, bodies of state non-budgetary funds or in the cases established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the public companies can be organized;

b) after the conclusion of agreements on interaction to take measures for termination of earlier signed agreements (in case of their availability) with the multipurpose centers;

c) provide development and the direction in presidium of Government commission on digital development, use of information technologies for improvement of quality of life and conditions of conducting business activity of drafts of technological schemes of provision of the state services containing the detailed description of requirements, conditions, process of provision of the state services based on the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation regulating provision of the state services, the disaggregated explanations, and also information on required documentary and technological support of process of provision of the state services (further - technological schemes of provision of the state services), concerning the state services determined by the lists approved by this resolution;
