About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About local self-government", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Standard provision about айыл bashchysa (the head of ail)" of October 6, 2006 No. 720 the following of change and amendment:
- in the name of the resolution in official language "(ait)" the word to replace with the word of "(ayyl)";
- in Item 1 in official language "(ait)" the word to replace with the word of "(ayyl)";
- in the Standard provision about айыл bashchysa (the head of ail) approved by the above-stated resolution:
in the name of the Standard provision in official language "(ait)" the word to replace with the word of "(ayyl)";
in all text in different case forms and numbers of the word "head айыл to okmot" shall be replaced with words "the head of executive body of local self-government", to replace the words "settlements" with the word "ayyl", "ait" the word in the text in official language to replace with the word "ayyl" in the corresponding cases and numbers;
