For the purpose of determination of qualification requirements, obligations, criteria to candidates for position айыл bashchysa, hired based on the employment contract, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Provision about айыл bashchysa according to appendix.
1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Standard provision about айыл bashchysa (the head of ayyl)" of October 6, 2006 No. 720;
2) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of October 6, 2006 No. 720 "About approval of the Standard provision about айыл bashchysa (the head of ail)" of October 19, 2009 No. 657;
3) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 27, 2015 No. 328;
4) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 13, 2016 No. 669.
3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
