a) To add regulations on procedure of military and technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states with Item 2.6 of the following content:

Are allowed movement through frontier of the Russian Federation of the military products intended for demonstration and (or) display (demonstration in operation) at the international exhibitions held in the territory of the Russian Federation and its delivery to such exhibitions without licenses granted by Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation in case of observance of the following conditions:
