About entering of amendment and change into the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of April 29, 2016 No. 16

1. Bring in item 4 of the Instruction about procedure for use of the means of the republican budget provided on development of agricultural production, fish breeding and conversion of the agricultural products approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of April 29, 2016 No. 16 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 25.05.2016, 8/30929), the following amendment and change:
1.1. add Item with subitem 4.1.5-1 of the following content:
"4.1.5-1. acquisition of the modern technology of national production for development of contents of educational programs by the organizations of formation of republican pattern of ownership subordinated to Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production and performing preparation in the directions of education "Agricultural industry".
Receivers of means of the republican budget are the organizations of education subordinated to Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production and performing preparation in the directions of education "Agricultural industry" determined according to the procedure, established by the legislation.";
1.2. state subitem 4.9 in the following edition:
"4.9. on the subprogramme 10 "Development and support of small farms" the State program of development of agrarian business in the Republic of Belarus for 2016-2020.
