About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine concerning transfer of rent payment for use of natural resources for oil extraction, natural gas and gas condensate
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) the following changes:
1) in Article 29 part two:
in Item 5 of the word" (except rent payment for use of natural resources for oil extraction, natural gas and gas condensate which is set off in the general fund of the government budget in full)" shall be replaced with words "(except the rent payment determined by Item 5-1 of this part of Article)";
add with Item 5-1 of the following content:
"5-1) 95 percent of rent payment for use of natural resources for oil extraction, natural gas and gas condensate (except rent payment for use of natural resources within the continental shelf and/or exclusive (sea) economic zone of Ukraine which is set off in the general fund of the government budget in full)";
Part one of Article 64 to add 2) with Items 4-1 and 4-2 of the following content:
"4-1) 2 of percent of rent payment for use of natural resources for the oil extraction, natural gas and gas condensate (except rent payment for use of natural resources within the continental shelf and/or exclusive (sea) economic zone of Ukraine) enlisted in district budgets on the location (the place of production) of the appropriate natural resources;
4-2) 3 of percent of rent payment for use of natural resources for the oil extraction, natural gas and gas condensate (except rent payment for use of natural resources within the continental shelf and/or exclusive (sea) economic zone of Ukraine) enlisted in budgets of the cities republican the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and regional value, budgets of the integrated territorial communities for the location (the place of production) of the appropriate natural resources";
