1) preamble after words of "monitoring bodies" to add with words "separate categories of the military personnel,";
2) in Article 1:
a) state the name in the following edition:
"Article 1. Ensuring the state protection of judges, officials of law enforcement and monitoring bodies and separate categories of the military personnel";
b) part one after words of "monitoring bodies" to add with words "separate categories of the military personnel,";
c) part the second after words of "monitoring bodies" to add with words "separate categories of the military personnel,";
3) in Article 2 part one:
a) Item 6.2 after words of Russian Federation to add with words "bodies of military police of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation,";
b) add with Items 6.5 and 6.6 of the following content:
"6. 5) the military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation who was directly involved in fight against terrorism;
