a) in the paragraph the second Item 3 of the Decree of the word "in number of 669 units" shall be replaced with words "in number of 672 units";
b) to state Item 1 of the Provision in the following edition:
"1. The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation) is federal executive body which management of activities is performed by the President of the Russian Federation. The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation performs:
1) functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the established field of activity, including in the field of:
