About modification of the Regulations on procedure for issue of one-time (individual) licenses

According to Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459, and for the purpose of decentralization of provision of administrative services I order:

1. In subitem 2.1.2 of Item 2.1 of Chapter 2 of the Regulations on procedure for issue of one-time (individual) licenses approved by the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of April 17, 2000 No. 47, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 5, 2000 at No. 259/4480, the subitem "a" to exclude.

With respect thereto to consider subitems "b", "v" respectively subitems "a", "b".

2. To provide to department of regulation of foreign economic activity (Gutenko D. V.) in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
