Article 1. ZR-270 of December 28, 1998 "About nature protection payments and payments for environmental management" (further – the Law) after the words "and their conversions" to add article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with the words "and also conversions of waste from use of subsoil".
Article 2. Article 13.2 of the Law after the word "operating" to add with the words "and (or) processing waste from use of subsoil".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective in 6 months after official publication.
