1. Item 91 (2) Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2004 No. 260 "About Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation and Regulations on the Russian Government Office" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 23, Art. 2313; 2012, No. 42, of the Art. 5716) to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"After acceptance the assignment in the Government is given to federal executive bodies and (or) the organizations to provide information containing detailed statement of the main normative instructions and terms of acceptance of the specified regulatory legal acts in the second reading of the federal law draft containing regulations which provide the bases, and (or) procedure, and (or) provision conditions to citizens of measures of social support and (or) other expenses of the federal budget (budgets of state non-budgetary funds) and which realization requires acceptance of the regulatory legal acts of the Government provided by this federal law draft, the Deputy Prime Minister (according to distribution of obligations) for the subsequent direction the Prime Minister or the Deputy Prime Minister of the relevant information in the State Duma.".
